Dr. Gyanendra Kumar Attri is one of India's leading experts in environmental sustainability, waste management, and life cycle assessment (LCA). A certified Green Building Consultant and renowned scholar, he brings a rare combination of academic excellence and strategic foresight to sustainable development. He holds a Ph.D. with distinction from MNIT Jaipur in Sustainable Materials and Construction.
With a rich career that includes academic roles as Professor at Noida International University and Dronacharya Group of Institutions, Dr. Attri has also held key leadership positions in the development and construction sectors. His expertise is recognized across several high-level government and non-government platforms including the Y20 India Program Taskforce, Atal Innovation Mission, IUCN, and the Steering Committee hosted by UNEP.

Prof. (Dr.) Santosh Kumar Karn
Prof. (Dr.) Santosh Kumar Karn is a distinguished academician, research leader, and global science advisor, currently serving as Director and Professor at the Chandras Centre for Advanced Research and Development (CCARD), Rohini, New Delhi, and as Academic Advisor to the Chancellor at the International University, Dimapur.
He has held several senior academic positions including Professor associated with the Founder Chancellor at IGTMS University, SBSR Professor at Sharda University (Greater Noida), and Head of the Department of Science and Humanities at PCCS, Greater Noida. Prof. Karn has been an active member of the Science Advisory Board (USA) and the Board of Associates of ECT, Trento, Italy, with international academic exposure including appointments in USA, Italy, and Spain.
A recipient of prestigious awards and research grants from DST, AICTE, INSA, CSIR, Delhi University, and AKTU, he brings deep expertise in research-driven policy, academic governance, and institutional development.
