Srushti More is a dynamic legal professional from Maharashtra, deeply committed to inclusive governance, social equity, and democratic reform. With a Law degree from Mumbai University and a BA in Economics from Fergusson College, she brings a powerful blend of legal reasoning and economic insight to her work.

An alumna of the prestigious Elected Representative Fellowship by the Indian School of Democracy, Srushti has been at the forefront of grassroots political engagement and youth leadership development.

Her diverse experience spans respected institutions such as the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission, Ministry of Law and Justice, Justice Law Firm (Pune), Rising Youth Foundation, PATH Foundation, and leading political consultancy DesignBoxed, where she contributed to impactful campaign strategies.

Previously, she served as Program Coordinator at the Inclusive India Movement, driving inclusive policy dialogue and meaningful civic participation.
